My wife used this place tonight. The washing machine that was $5 per wash did not dump the detergent into the wash cycle. When the attendant was notified she said she can't refund the money and contacted the owner. The owner also refused to refund the money. They flushed the detergent into the second rinse cycle which forced her to have to wash the load a second time to rinse out the soap. They still refused to refund the money. Obviously if you have a problem with their machines and it costs you money they will refuse to take responsibility and decide that it's your problem. I would avoid any business that treats customers this way.
