1 Nov 17, 2018 Shawn Giffin He wouldn't let me wash my hands after he filled and filed. Proceeded to paint my nails after wiping with dry paper towel. I have little bumps all over even after he attempted to fix. I have streaks and they look terrible. I am so sad.
