My twin sister and dog came and stay in the winter. When we showed, it was late but was told that it would be unlocked with the key on the table. Well, we arrived and the key cabin was lovked

My 70 year old parents booked the "big house" and 2 cabins last year in October for Labor Day weekend for our family reunion. When they arrived they were told that we only had the big house cause they double booked. When my parents started getting upset with them they were told that they should be happy that we got the big house cause it was double booked as well. This place is a joke and I would not recommend it to anyone!
