Place needs cleaning, some of the equipment have torn padding and it's either taped up or you see the actual padding, peck machine for example upstairs is so worn out that you can't do certain movements due to pin slipping out, clams on cable machines are missing, and so on, staff seem nice, place just needs a bit better management and maintenance.
