Woods Edge

We moved into Woods Edge during one of their "no rent until February" specials, while they were under Sun Homes Management. When we did our initial walkthrough, we pointed out a few issues with the house that needed repair, and the manager assured us they would dealt with by the end of the next day. Needless to say, our lease ends this week, and the issues were never repaired. Management is very difficult to get ahold of, even in an emergency. About once a month we would be completely without water service, for up to 32 hours, and management would explain it as "maintenance." We loved the old manager, JeanAnn, and her secretary Beth, but the management changed so frequently while we were here that there were several managers we never even met. The photos you will view online are enticing, the units they choose to show are very well maintained and well photographed. Our unit was nice enough, but ended up being far more expensive than had been implied after hidden fees were applied every month. I'm sure that some of the houses are totally worth their cost, with fewer maintenance issues. I didn't have an awesome experience, but I know a lot of families who love it here.
