Windridge Village Apartments

I love this apartment complex! I moved into a clean, spacious apartment, and have enjoyed filling it with my life. The staff are friendly and so helpful, and the community is friendly, inviting, and quiet. Got so lucky on my first apartment ever.

I never had a chance to live here but I can tell by the way they operate I'm glad I didn't. My wife, myself and my closest friend decided to give this place a shot. We filed all the needed paperwork and paid their 200 dollar holding fee. We were told by Vicky that we would hear back about the deposit which she claimed "would be under 1,000.00 dollars". We didn't hear back from her manager for a week which surpassed our 72 hour refund for the holding/application fee. So then we get a call to find out our deposit was 1,500.00 much more than under a grand. We attempted to have our 200 refunded but since the 72 hours had passed we couldn't get it back. Vicky was nice at first then things changed when she found out we didn't want to rent from them if we were told one price and had that price increase by half. She turned very rude, and very stand offish and I can only imagine what would happen if there was an issue if we lived there. We ended up finding a much cheaper apartment for much less than what they wanted us to pay monthly. Be aware don't give them a cent until you have the price for everything in writing. They will take your money, avoid phone calls only to tell you something else when you come back.
