I went in for an oil change and to get two tires switched out. I was quoted no more than 100 Minutes. 3.5 hours later, they could not get one of the tires on, so they asked me to leave my car over night, then the "veteran" mechanic would get it on the next day.
The next day I went to pick up my car and both rims with replacement tires had been scratched and torn up by their equipment. When I told the crew, they did not even care enough to go look at the car with me.
The paperwork stated that they checked each tire and filled them to 32psi, when I checked, I found that they were 35, 38, 38, and 44. I am sure that they did not check other things which they were supposed to.
I will be taking my car into a real mechanic to double check their work.
