This place is the most getto place ever. The Dr. Is nice. But he doesn't care how his uunprofessional staff treats his customers. I showed him a video of how his staff treated me. And he still kept her. They don't call to let you know if the glasses r in. Until maybe 2 weeks later. The Lady told me this morning she will wait till I come. I was there right at 12:00pm. She stated she will wait. But she didn't. All she had to do is tell the truth. She had my son's glasses from the previous time. Where she could of measured them then. He has old unprofessional people working for him& doesn't care how many people he loses. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible ran down place in the hood. And on top of that I live in Valparaiso. My time will b up in July. I was going to use them until then. Now my son gets to go to school again with loose glasses once again. Now tell me if They really care. She left before 12pm.
