I have been here for a cut and color three times now. The first two times I had the same stylist and everything turned out good. The third time I got there my original stylist was gone and I was scheduled with a "new" person (which is fine, everyone needs to start somewhere). However, it is not 6 months later and I am STILL trying to undo what she did. She over processed my hair! I could tell she knew she did something wrong by the way she was acting when she was rinsing my hair. Of course she said absolutely nothing, just left me to figure it out later on my own. She suggested I schedule my next appointment with her at that time....let's just say I am now going somewhere else. My advice...if you are going here...go with a seasoned stylist for color and maybe just a cut with a greenhorn.
