Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Update 1/15/18: I'm giving one more star than I should due to previous visits. My last visit was not anywhere near as good as our previous visits. Our tire pressure and wiper fluid were not checked. The receipt we got at the end stated it was, but I can in fact state it was not. Because our wiper fluid tank was empty and the tire pressure light was on. I asked if they checked the pressure and he said they did. But I mean come on... I was sitting in my car the whole time watching and they didn't. I went down the street and aired up my tires and all was well, but why pay for full-service if they don't actually do it? The receipt also has the tire pressure listed at 6 psi more than it should have been... so maybe I'm glad they didn't check it. They also weren't calling out their protocols or notices to the other techs like they previously did. Maybe do some retraining at this location or something. When they first started the service was great, but this last visit has shows they are turning into any other quick lube place in town. Get the job done quick and cut corners. Back to our old place for oil changes I suppose. Original review: They seem a lot more professional than any other similar place in town. The prices seem a bit on the high side but it is also quick.
