Unbelievably incompatent and shady! I've never reviewed anything in my life but this place is so bad I felt the need to so no one else has to go through this. So I went to get the audio on my phone fixed. They held it for two weeks before I got fed up and took it somewhere else. First they said they'd call me to keep me updated. I had to call them everytime to get an update. First update they said they had to order parts just to make a diagnostic. The first bad sign. I waited a few days and never heard anything so I called them for the second update. They said they needed another part to start fixing it. Wait a few more days and again hear nothing so I call back. First the guy tells me they're still waiting for the part then in the same call he says they actually got it 2 days ago and are just waiting till tomorrow for their one sole repair technician to put it in who was apparently on vacation the entire time and didn't even leave a replacement. Ok, I'll give them one more day. Next day they actually manege to call me, or rather the person who's number I gave them to contact, and was told they needed yet another part. Nope, I'm done. I go to pick it up and I was never asked why or if there was anything they could do to keep my business. The repair tech doesn't even bother to come out of the back to see me. Well that's pretty shady. So I go across the street to a far superior store, and here's what really drives the final nail in the coffin, in a couple days I get a call saying it's a motherboard issue and I'd have to send it to a professional to fix it and it would cost about as much as a new phone. So I was being lied to the entire time and they didn't do a damn thing except lose all my downloaded photos. And they make you sign something so if they screw up and lose data they're not responsible. So moral of the story, this store is great for storing you're electronics for free but if you actually want it repaired take it across the street to people that know what they're doing
