These guys are horrible. They hire the youngest, most inexperienced people I have ever encountered in a delivery service. I received my Ashley furniture through them in 2 separate deliveries since they had broke a piece and had to wait on a replacement.
1st delivery came, the kid delivering did not ask me to move my entry way table (I was not aware it was in the way) and busted it as he brought in a piece of furniture. He acted upset as if I had wronged him in some way as I just brushed the situation off as no big deal... I really didn't care at the time.
2nd delivery went well up until the new set of kids (why do they exclusively hire young teenagers?) was leaving and hit my mailbox knocking it off of it's wood mount and breaking the wood at the bottom nearly in half... It is hanging by a thread. I was once again polite, he took photos of the damage, and I called Talan Logistics to report the incident. They called back the next day, I missed it, got in contact the following day, and the rep had the nerve to offer me a refund on the $99 delivery charge. I let him know that it was not acceptable (new mailbox, mount, and labor for $99? What planet are they from?) and that I needed the new mailbox in place by them as they are the ones that ruined it. He acted all nice, said he would call back that day, but never did. They are avoiding my calls now so I will be having the IN State Attorney General contact them for a court date.
What a completely upsetting experience. You should stay far away.
