if I could give a negative review it would be way under a 1...I visited this store for help with a screen protector... however they (both men.. one named stone (manager)) said that the att representatives in 3 other counties did not know what they were doing and they had never heard of the protector I purchased at an att store in another county an obviously it was junk.. that their store sold only the good quality products...however they would not help me unless I added direct tv to my account..and because I wasn't willing to do that they ordered me out of the store or they said they would take further measures....PLEASE...don't ever use this establishment!
