SUBWAY®Restaurants

Went to grab lunch, 2 (6) inch subs and a salad. I work in the plaza next door and it took me 45 min to get back and I was the first in line. Kept saying I wanted the meat and cheese heated only, didn't listen and only heated the meat and when I tried to tell her again she just kept asking me about what veggies so I was like ok I'm in a hurry. Went to checkout and added 2 cookies, got back to work and the cookies weren't in the bag. So I called and told her I didn't have them and would like to grab them after work she said to bring in my receipt, well she didn't give me one so she said she'd leave a note. Got there and she never left a note the older lady was acting like she wasn't going to give them to me then the younger girl came up and did which was nice. But when I got home and opened the bag they were the wrong ones. And on top of that when I came back to get the cookies I stood there for over 10 min before anyone came out so I called the store while standing at the register which made them come out. Ridiculous.
