My perception of Stone Spectrum is based on a very unpleasant encounter I had with the operations manager, Josh Spencer. He and his wife, who works as the director of sales, got into my car for an Uber ride while they were in Tallahassee, Florida.
They lied about who they were to try to get a discounted ride. I confronted them, then agreed to drive them back to their hotel if they paid extra. Long story short, Josh threw up all over the back of my car, tried to deny it, and then ran away when I dropped him and his wife off.
I spent an hour cleaning it up and couldn't get reimbursed by Uber since they did not use their real names. Furthermore, Josh has ignored my request for him to take care of this professionally.
If he treats other people he doesn't know this way, how do you think he'd treat you as a customer?
