Steak 'n Shake

Starting to see a trend with Steak ‘n Shake in general. You get what you pay for and being someone who used to serve, if my average tip is only $2 a person and not heavy traffic even I wouldn’t care to give maximum effort. The staff shows their frustration when they become overwhelmed and you can hear many of them voice their concerns to each other in front of the guests. It’s a shame really because this Steak ‘n Shake used to be so friendly and clean. I think corporate needs to reevaluate this particular store.

My food was good, my shake wasn't what I ordered, and my server was painfully slow and unengaging despite only a few customers in the whole restaurant.
