Turns out it was submitted incorrectly, which they wouldn't have realized had we not called. The guy that we had to work with blamed his front desk secretary and the fact it was Saturday. But hey, free cup of mints and an "I'm sorry" makes it all better. You're better off struggling through your taxes on your own than working with these people. My experience was at Brazil location, but I assume the incompetence runs throughout the entire company.
