I wish that there customer care would actually work with their customers to resolve an issue. In my case they outright denied a problem and said the product must not have been theirs. When I shared my shipping packing slip with them I didn’t even get a response. Initially they were responsive and even agreed that the damage to my flooring was significant. When they asked why I hadn’t noted that the shipping carton was damaged, I replied that there was no shipping carton. To which they replied that it must not be from them. That was the last I heard from them even after contacting them again a couple times and also proving the product was from them via the packing slip. No working with the customer to make it right: ship another piece to replace the damaged floor; partial refund of the cost; not even a simple ‘sorry’
