Usually a long wait. Get stuff wrong often, and people working always seem so stressed.
I don't blame the workers for the poor experiences. The place is clearly never staffed well. The only redeeming quality of this location is the people.
I will go out of my way, and drive to the Covert location just so I don't have to deal with these poor people.
When the Covert location was closed a couple of years ago, I stopped going to sonic. At the time I was a 3-4 a day customer. I decided to go with out, instead of going to this location.
Now I'm craving my diet green tea with strawberries.
