Terrible customer service. They never have any clue what they’re talking about when it comes to vape/glass/Tobacco products. When you go in and ask questions, they just answer yes to everything even giving you the wrong information. And when you try to go back and return something because of the wrong info they gave, they just put their hands up and say we don’t take returns or do exchanges.
