SmartStyle Hair Salon

Had to wait a bit for anyone to be in the salon to work on my hair, but it was worth the it. She gave me exactly the cut I was looking for quickly and without too much chit chat.

Husband called and double checked with this place as Monday (labor day) we called and they said they was open and all there stores where. They didn't close till 5 so go down and he is in front of there shop at 4:30, the lights where off, gate closed, and no one in site. Which means they closed up 30mins or more early!! Then today my husband trys again, lady says they are short staffed but can squeeze him in if there in 10 mins, he was 4mins late and the woman refused and said she had a 7:30pm app coming in, my husband was frustrated and said really, your not gonna take me in, she says no you where not here in 10mins (he was 4mins late). My husband stood there for 10 MINS and the other guy she claimed was suppose to be there wasn't and she said she was waiting on him!! She wouldn't take him in the 4mins late he was but she would wait the OVER 10mins the other guy was. If she didnt want to do it nor the money, wish she had said so before headinng down there. We will NOT be back, you just lost my Husbands service and my sons!
