I have had insurance through Shawn Higgins since 2010. Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful. Any time I have a question or concern, they respond in a respectful and professional manner. No matter where I move in Indiana, I will always go through this office for my insurance needs.
I have also received holiday cards from them for Thanksgiving and Christmas which I think is amazing :)
