Sears failed to repair my washing machine under contract and accused my wife abusing the machine when a noise occurred and I phoned for service. Mind you,this machine has been under a Sears service contract for eleven(11) years and this accusation was their attempt to not repair or replace the machine. Three days of being constantly placed on hold amounting to several hours, talking to at least three(3) supervisors accomplished nothing even after their promise to send a "second opinion" repairman to service the machine. It has been two weeks since the phone call was made for service. I have now purchased a new washing machine and the Sears purchased machine will be removed and I will be cancelling all business and credit card business with Sears after over 35 years as a customer. Maybe this is why Sears is going out-of-business. As President Trump has said "SO SAD".
