Sharon Thornton insults, offends and makes fun of people! If you are doing taxes as a couple and need to take your child, don't go there! Sharon and Lanny hate children to the core! They must have a sign in the office: "No children allowed in here". We were kicked out because I asked this rude, mean and bad-tempered Sharon why she had said "THANK GOD!!!, you were almost done" when our daughter cried and Sharon Thornton just told us "Get over and leave, and don't let the door kick your butts". That is disrespectful and a clear act of verbal abuse, discrimination and harassment. We were there for a tax service and not visiting the house of a couple full of anger and hate (Sharon and Lanny). This is a place you registered to serve people and not to offend or humiliate them. If this is a public space they (Sharon and Lanny) must behave as professionals and respect clients. Otherwise, close your business if you cant even answer a question from a client using your paid service (and even more if a child gives you a headache since there are plenty of them on this world). We dont have any bad comment about Rebecca Hawkins' service and relationship with clients in this place. Rebecca is very professional, decent, humane and from this world and it is very important to distinguish her from the impolite,discourteous, insensitive,uncivil, unhappy, vulgar, acid and sour Sharon and the authoritarian Lanny who just said : "This is MY office...". So what? YOUR office nor your secretary Sharon has any legal right to insult and kick out people because we were not stealing, SIR! This incident must be known by all the entities that deal with Human and Civil Rights in Bloomington and Elletsville and the organization that supervises these places.
