Great, until. Staff very helpful when asked where item was. Staff member stopped to see if I needed anything. Check out was quick and easy. Then you try to get out the door. I understand the need to control invatory, but why does it take so long to mark a receipt? Sam's has really worked hard to resolve the customer service issues of the past. This is still some place that needs improvement or get rid of it. Would be a 4 if I could leave the store when I was done shopping.
Clean with wide aisles so it is a more relaxing place to shop. The reason this is a 4 star is that there is rotation of items and not everything in same place in store (which makes it more challenging to shop when you have vision issues).
I went to the food court area to get a frozen yogurt and the lady tries filling the cup it doesn't work, she turns around and her fingers are in her mouth. The guy then tried filling the cup, still didn't work. She then tried again (never washing her hands mind you) and it still nothing. So I ask for my money back and they say they dont do refunds. So I walk away and she continues serving food with no gloves on after she had her fingers in her mouth. Absolutely disgusting and pretty annoying they refuse to give me my money back when their equipment isn't working properly.
