We had our water go out in zero degree weather last night. Since we have a well, we were afraid the well pump had gone out and, if it had, who was going to replace that in this weather? I called Royal Flush since they did a big job for our daughter and they were exceptional in all respects..
The on-call plumber (after hours) called back in 5 minutes and was at the house in 30 with a helper. They were both professional, courteous and quickly set to work tracing the problem. It turned out to be a defective (20 year-old) switch so they had to go to the shop to get it. I was amazed they carried it. They were back in half an hour and the water was working within 2 hours of my first call. The bill was more than reasonable and I'm still in awe of the attitude of these pros working outside in this weather! We'll never call anyone else for anything plumbing related!
