I have been going to the South Haven rosewood restaurant for 20 year. It is a dinner with ok food but nothing above average. The menu is very large with a lot of special so something for everyone.
I meant some clients for breakfast today at Rosewood. Food ok, server good the normal until I tried to pay bill. It took a longer time to pay than ever!!! They have an ancient system form the Flintstones era. (See for yourself) It the first thing you see when you walk in.
Over the last several months it has taken longer and longer to pay bill. Today was just ridiculous 10 minuets to pay why.
This business like all other is trying to make money not spend it I understand. However if a business is not keeping​ up with technology it will die.
I do not plan on going back at this point. I would say that I visited this business 20 + times last year. I have been here 7 times this year.
So bottom line today they lost a paying customer.
