The Residences on Ronald Reagan

My boyfriend and I were going around apartments in the Avon area to get information about floor plans and pricing so we could compare and contrast our options. We walked in The Residences the consultant sat in her chair and said "hi, what do you need?" And I responded, with exactly what I told you above.. she looked at us and said "there's a folder over there with all the information in it, have a nice day." I couldn't believe how rude and annoyed this girl had been with our simple questions. We were excited to go in and talk with her because we had heard such great things about the complex but we left very disatisfied and will not be returning. Sorry The Residences of Ronald Regan but you have just lost some potential residents because of your staff.
