Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel

Rude manager. Booked for four adults. Got one bed one sofa. Manager would not accommodate my request for 2 beds for four adults per my reservation. I was told the only thing they could do was bring blankets for the floor. .. or add another room for 199.00 per night. Not what I would expect from a hotel with many good reviews. I cancelled and went elsewhere. Also..... There was a fake eyelash in the bed. Yuck.
