Recently called to schedule a three month follow-up appointment only to be told that my physician no longer works there and that I can't get an appointment until November. There were no letters sent out and no one could really give a clear explanation on when the physician left. I'm almost out of medication and I've made several attempts to have this refilled to optum RX which is where my insurance pays for my medication. The problem is premier healthcare said it's Walmart or it's nowhere. So basically I can either pay for my medication out of pocket and wait till November for my appointment or I can find a different physicians office which is I will be doing. Horrible customer service. It should not have taken 12 phone calls to try and get a 30 day prescription sent to optum rX where it's always been sent to just to be told they won't send it there.
