There are entirely too many issues to list here. Suffice it to say I had to spend several hours looking up the statutes to ensure we were protected, called corporate, filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted my attorney. Perhaps everyone else living in Sun Communities is willing to be bullied and harassed, but I am not. The manager at this location is discriminatory, rude, threatening, tells untruths to save himself and plays fast and loose with the rules, policies and how they apply to each tenant. Just because we live in a mobile home park does not mean we are going to lay down and be mistreated without doing something about it. Next up, court. I have no problem with this. They can handle it cheaply, by finding a new manager and offering an apology for the harassment and discrimination or go the expensive route. I don't care anymore. I'm done being bullied and harassed.
