Philly Pretzel Factory

3 stars is due to no indoor seating, but there's a ton of wasted space in the open kitchen. There is outdoor seating, but with no shade. When it's summertime at 1pm, it's not comfortable to sit outside. Another reason for the 3 stars is that the only "free" mustard is out of a bottle on the counter. That would be convenient only if you're eating there or if there was a way to take it with you. If you would like to take mustard with you, it's 50 cents. Not sure it's worth the pennies of profit they make to charge for mustard. The pretzel quality is good. Different from Ben's. South Bend fell in love with Ben's Pretzels, maybe they'll do the same with Philly Pretzel Factory, but not a great first impression. It will be great for tailgates. If you order a certain number of pretzels you actually get a free bottle of mustard. What a concept. I wish them luck. Our city needs great restaurants and they can get there with a few tweaks.

Only thing in the case were pretzel bites, something with pepperoni and a pretzel dog which looked dried up. I order pretzel bites, hardest pretzels I have ever eaten. Not good. Won't be coming back if I hadn't already drove away and I had my 4 year old with me, i would have brought them back.
