Phillips 66

I just stopped in to get gas. It was a little crowded but moved quickly.

Went in to use the bathroom. No toilet paper, toilets water supply is turned off. Could barely wash my hands for the weak water stream coming out of the faucet. I made a purchase totalling $3.73. I paid with a ten dollar bill. The cashier gave me $6 and no receipt. When I asked for change, he remained silent and said nothing. He said he couldn't give me a receipt.

customer service is excellent. food is great. sodas are reasonably
