Onan Indiana

Absolutely wonderful. The breaker on our 20 year old onan 4000 broke, just as we needed it to keep our a.c. running for our pets. The folks at Onan not only fixed it, they squeezed us into a full schedule AND gave us a discount. Absolutely stellar service, would recommend even if you need to drive a few hundred miles to get there.

We needed a cover for our small generator on a B class motorhome. The first cover that was sent was not usable, as the clips were incorrectly put in backwards. We had to buy a second one, and return the poorly made one, to get reimbursed. However, when they sent the second cover, a shipping label to return the bad part was not included. We were then sent an invoice, instead of a label. We were finally sent a shipping label, sent the part back, but we have yet to be reimbursed for their poorly manufactured part. We did not have any problems ordering parts and being charged for them, but getting the return monies reimbursed has been difficult. We ordered the first cover on 4/8, and it is 5/21. I am very glad that we sold the motorhome, and will not have a reason to deal with this company again.
