I checked out a video from Oasis Video in Munster, Indiana and was told I could return it to Video Escapades in Hammond. I did, and then I received several calls that I had never returned it and would be responsible for buying them a new copy and paying any late fees it accrued. I later purchased a copy from ebay and brought it to Oasis when - Surprise! - it turns out they found it at the Hammond store. The man apologized to me, and then said I owed $5.00 in late fees.
I can honestly say I'll never return to either Oasis Video or Video Escapes. Totally unprofessional.
