Just started today with Ester. OMG what an awsome fitness center. Very impressed with the complete workup of measurement, weight, rang of motion, ect. before starting the workout. A complete package of weight loss, muscle strenght, mental attitude, nutrition and I'm sure a lot more when I get more involved. A wonderful place for Fitness and Fun ( the fun part I can say today, tomorrow it may be another story). Thanks for the great workout Ester.
