Ive never been so insulted in my life. As im sitting down to get my new galsses Deborah (the woman who assist you with your glasses) was very rude to me. I asked if they had smaller frames because i dont like the bigger one. She said they did for people who actually pay for their glasses. Im on Medicaid due to recent unemployment. That was jands down the work ive ever been treated in my life. Sadly when i called to get myself and my children taken out of their system they showed no remorse for how i was treated. This is sad and very unprofessional. I will not be returning. EVER.
