I wouldn't even give Meijer a one-star the only reason why I choose to use or attempt to use Meijer is because with my husband's insurance it's much cheaper however let me explain the encounters I've had with Meijer the first encounter I have had which mind you I do take a controlled substance that I have been on for several years so back to what I was explaining the first encounter I try to take my script there they told me I couldn't have it filled due to my Illinois State ID didn't match my new married name along with my new current address here in Indiana when I moved and got married okay I'm fine with that I didn't argue that point no big deal so I proceeded to get an Indiana driver's license out here with my new married name all the information was correct brought it in for a second time two months later try to have it filled when I got it from the doctor will they told me due to Indiana state laws they couldn't fill it because it was signed by a nurse practitioner in Illinois okay fine no problem came in a third time two months later with my script which would of been today 8/25 of 2017 and the pharmacist refuse to fill it again this time it had been signed by a doctor in Illinois state it had my current married name on there along with my married name on my driver's license in Indiana with the current address on both my script and my Indiana license the pharmacist refuse to fill it and said I needed to find an in-house doctor and Indiana State because he was not going to fill an Illinois script that that had matching information and a DR signature with even the exact fill date that is ludicrous and ridiculous to me and I hope you do not treat your patients that way all the time you should be ashamed of your behavior toward your patients i truly think you MR. PHARMACIST SHOULD BE REPRIMANDED FOR YOUR BEHAVIOR AND COMMENT! IT WAS THE PHARMACIST WORKING ON 8/25/17 @ 8:00PM. There is not one part of that, that is good customer service for your patients if I choose to travel to an Illinois State doctor who specializes in my treatment which is being narcoleptic and having migraines that is my choice as a patient there is absolutely no reason why it cannot be filled that script has been filled multiple times in CVS's here in Portage and in Lake Station the only reason why I choose to use Meijer or try to attempt to use you is because with Insurance it is cheaper and CVS was currently out of my medication within a 15 to 20 mile radius I Live 5 miles from Meijer and yet you still chose to not fill my script mind you i have filled my scripts with you before and now my husband has to drive and find a pharmacy that has that medication on stock and will fill it while i need it to function in daily life activities and while I have had surgery today that is how you treat your customes i hope everyone reads this story annd chooses to go else where this is horrible business and I will never suggest for anybody to go to you and I hope one day what goes around comes around for all of you there. What i will say is CVS IN LAKE STATION JUST DOWN THE RD OF THE FRUIT STAND ON HWY 6 ARE GREAT, FRIENDLY STAFF AND QUICK!!! Sadly they happened to be out of my medication today!
