We have been doing business with McMahon and Associates for the last 5 years, in all those years we never met Karen McMahon up until two weeks ago. We requested to have a meeting so that we can discuss our tax returns, today we received a bill in the amount of $450.00 for meeting with Karen McMahon and one of her employees. We were never made aware that there was a charge for meeting with them, and on top of that the meeting lasted approximately 30 minutes, not even top paid attorneys charge that kind of fees. When you try to call them they do not return your calls. Karen McMahon being the owner of such a large accounting firm is not very customer oriented, when we tried to talk to her and we told her that we will probably move our business to another accounting firm she in so many words told us that she did not care. That is no way to treat your clients. We would definitely NOT recommend McMahon and Associates Company for personal or business use.
