We have a huge sactional that we have been really pleased with, it has held up great so far. We don't change the configuration frequently, but we have a few times. Our customer experience was pretty good, we stopped in multiple times and were always helped quickly and weren't being pushed around by sales people trying to get us out the door. They were also accommodating to our son, who was a little bit rowdy while we looked around. The only complaint is the back pillows not staying real firm and needing fluffed a lot.
