I wanted to write a review to thank shawndel Gordon for all of his help after I purchased my used 2016 Jeep Patriot. While most people talk about the purchase what comes after might be even more important. In this case I had some front end issues. He went to work for me and got my vehicle taken care of and even dropped off a loaner vehicle at work when he took it in personally. The man gave me his cell number to call not just a work number. He called me back while he was at the doctor with his kid. I can say his responsiveness and willingness to help are beyond what most would imagine and I can be cynical. I can say his level of commitment is not like I’ve seen. I appreciate his efforts because that is what you want when you get a new or used vehicle. In short he gets it done. I don’t buy many cars. In fact I don’t want to. However if I do I’ll contact him. Also I’d like to thank Kara Mitchell for her patience and understanding as well. She listened repeatedly to my concerns and always took concern. Thanks!
