Took my granddaughter to look for a prom dress we had been to a couple other places. We went to try on the dress and had to pass 2 before we found one open. The woman in the fitting room said if you don’t want it hang it here in a rude tone. I said please and thank you, she said it like a smart ass. The dress we found was “the one” it had no tag we took it to the cashier and she said we couldn’t buy it not like a joke. But as I was ready to ask for a manager she tried looking it up. Then we were told it was not Penny’s and she would have to find a comparable on. I found it on the web site. And showed it to her. The line was backing up while 3 other employees were off talking. Need a little better customer service and aditude
