Absolutely ridiculous!! My mower was picked up on the 16th of March told it would be done on the 19th. A week and a half later not even a phone call. I called was told it would be done the next day. Haha!! No so finally I submitted a contact form on line this past Thursday ( mind you today is April 4th ) on Friday I got a call saying mower was done they could bring it home that day. I wasn't there so we agreed on Saturday the next day. No show no call. Finally yesterday my son called Brad in the service department brad assured him that it would be at my house that afternoon Tuesday .. guess what, yeah no show no call. This morning I contacted them again via form on line and left a message for the regional management. I received a phone call about 40 minutes ago. Saying BRAD would be personally bringing it to my house in about an hour. And there would be no delivery fee. I guess not since I have a recorded phone call of BRAD assuring me that the total cost was 90$ and that included pick up and deliver back home when finished. I will never use this store again. I was advised by several local farmers not to go there to begin with. Poor service.. looking forward to seeing if I get my mower today.

I went to the Poseyville dealership in September to look at a used lawn tractor. It wouldn't start and was dropping a lot of gasoline on the asphalt. Patrick, the salesman said he would have someone look at it and give me a call. Two weeks later I went to the dealership and the tractor still hadn't been worked on. Patrick said they had been busy and hadn't worked on it and promised they would get it fixed shortly. FOUR weeks later I went in and he didn't even recognize me. I reminded him about the tractor and he said that he believed they had worked on it. It wouldn't start. I said "my wife and I are going across the street to the restaurant. Can you get the battery charged up by the time we finish eating?" He said "Yes." When I came back, I saw a 24 inch diameter spot of fresh gasoline on the asphalt that was drying up. The tractor was fixed while I was in the restaurant. This was over six weeks after I expressed interest in the tractor and identified the problem. Needless to say I won't set foot on the dealership lot again after such lousy service.
