H&R Block

Filed my taxes here last year. They did a fantastic job with my taxes. Came back this year, did a terrible job. I got so angry with one of the staff members here. So I walked out of the appointment. The lady brought up a bunch of different tax forms that I didn't even have or knew about. Then told me the person who I was falling as a dependent on was way too old and I cannot file on that person. Which is BS.

They informed me my w-2 was "incorrect" when in fact it was correct. I had to go on a blind goose chase to get my "incorrect" w-2 corrected only to realize they were just reading it wrong. We had an appointment at 6 and we waited almost an hour to be seen. Would NOT reccomend.
