Holiday Inn Express New Albany

This hotel doesn't care about your safety. We had a major security threat during our stay and it was not immediately addressed by the hotel staff OR general manager. I've tried to reach out to the GM multiple times to get some type of compensation and I guess the hotel is unwilling. This is a good place to stay if you'd like your room to be open to anyone walking down the hallway.
