After reserving a room for my daughter sleepover for the weekend, I went to the front desk for check in, the young lady at the desk said my card wasn’t working which have money on it, But Anyway to compromise I paid cash instead. I went to my room and immediately checked my account. The Hilton’s took $172.50 off my card After I paid $226 dollars for a room. I went back to the desk to inform them of the mistake the woman at the desk said it was pending & it would take 3 Days to get back on my card. So 3 Days later it’s Tuesday, I call the hotel letting them know my transition did not deposit I get connected to the accountant. She tells me they took $151.00 not $172.50 which is clear as day on my transaction report, I guess my $22 dollars just vanished in thin air. It might not be much but it’s my money. The hotel was nice in my girls had a good time but just from that experience I will never refer anyone to this hotel nor will they get my business again.. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT & SUCH A INCONVENIENCE.
