I would not recommend to anyone for the money you can move in much nicer newer apartments in the area. They are charging way too much. The updates aren't the best still pretty old they just put new stuff over old stuff to up the rent. I would recommend Ashley Place or Casey Acres or something newer in general if your going to pay almost $900 a month these apartments aren't worth it. My water bill was sky high when I first moved in $70 when I mentioned that it was high to the office staff it magically went down now it's been $40. Very noisy apartments hopefully you will not be moving into building 114 Clubhouse Dr S. My neighbors are horrible and the building is on a huge hill which is horrible in the winter time especially with small children we almost fell plenty of times. The neighbors directly below me have a huge dog that howls loudly all times of the day and night. It belongs in the woods with ware wolves. The neighbor down stairs across the hall walks around the apartments all times of night. And in and out the building slamming the door talking to his self very loudly right in front of my bedroom window. If you call the office to complain about anything they do nothing Brenda makes excuses for everything and does nothing . The closet in the second bedroom smells like funky armpits since I've moved in I've never used the closet. Almost everything has fallen apart had multiple problems with my furnace going out and washer and dryer you pay a high water bill for cold water. Also had ants pretty bad when spring arrived and stink begs when I first moved in. The "new" windows are horrible and its super cold in the winter and hot in the summer electric bill will be really high to stay warm in the winter time. They have been to fix so many things in my apartment over the year I've been here and they don't leave you any proof. The parking is horrible you can't have any company park in front of your house without a parking pass which they only give you one. They will have to park in front of the office or their car will be towed at 2:00am. It's so noisy they wake up the whole neighborhood towing cars all night. The office manager Brenda is very rude and not helpful with anything don't waste your time or money and if you do good luck. They should be low income apartments and lower the rent.

I have been living here for the past three years, and I have enjoyed the amenities offered, the price is great, the location is excellent. Office staff is friendly and helpful, Whenever maintenance issues occur they always call, or arrive within the same day. I highly recommend living here.
