Greenwood Estates Community

Dear Readers, I would not move to greenwood estates if I were you. The reason for this is because I have a mobile home currently that I am renting in greenwood estates & they are not fixing NOTHING! This home is an old home however its a nice one, however our furnace is leaking air by the bottom front of the furnace and they put silicon to stop the air. In my moms room one of her air vents has hardly any air out of it because the air is leaking on the sides instead of the front of the furnace. I had contacted the Ben the maintenance supervisor and hes trying to tell me its normal. I know its not though because I go into other homes in this park and its not like this where one side is 10 degrees off from the other side. Even Martin there heating and A/C guy admitted our home needs new air duct to make the air come out evenly. When I called corporate manager Jill calls in and says there's nothing I can do and I told her what was wrong and she wouldn't even let me talk she kept saying my name Brandon. I am so mad about this issue because not only does our furnace doesn't work properly but our electric bill was $400.00 almost and I took the bill to the office and everyone in the office is saying its normal. Which I know is a lie because the furnace doesn't even work properly. Also every time I want something fixed in my home I have to wait weeks for maintenance to come out which they wont unless I call corporate and complain. When I first moved in there were old homes that had boarded up windows. They don't even care about there current residents. They just want to move you into a new home & expect you to pay $800 rent and lot fee which doesn't include water sewage and trash. They have to realize that not everyone has $800+ dollars to spend on a new home plus some people like the older homes. Like we have a shed and everything. New homes don't come with a shed. Another thing is when we moved in our shed had a big hole in roof & they come put a piece of wood over it instead of replacing the roof & they finally did come back and replace the roof but it took them ages to come back. Its sad and disappointing because we like our home but if they aren't gonna fix nothing like they have been doing is nothing, I will be moving to a community where they will fix there homes up and care about there residents unlike greenwood estates. My friend Hope she has mold and mildew in her home and they refuse to fix anything as they want to tear down her home instead of fixing it which they should have never moved her into that home if they want to tear it down. If you really want a nice home look elsewhere other then greenwood estates I am telling ya they claim they are the number one mobile home company but they aren't since they do not want to address any issues for people who rent there home. Kids burned down vacant homes because they let them sit there and rot.
