Greenleaf Manor Apartments

The maintenance sucks and so does the management.

The property is very nice and the apartments are spacious. That's where the good ends. I have lived here 13 months. There have been 3 office managers in that time. The current manager heather is decent however she always tells you what you want to here bit does not follow through. She has made me numerous promises about getting repairs done and only 1 has happened and only because I talked to the owner directly. I am supposed to have a 2 bathroom but the shower in the master hasn't never worked. 13 months and they haven't fixed it. Also, my smoke detector hasn't worked or been repaires in 13 months. I had to buy a. New one myself. I have had 2 ceiling leaks, 1 of which I had to start repairing myself and the other is not fixed. Currently my A /C has been out for 3 weeks. It's a $3 capacitor that needs replaced and they haven't replaced it. I would NEVER recommend this property to anyone.
