Lady on the phone, Jane Webb, was absolutely retorical. I asked to pay my bill on the phone. All she did was reiterate 5 times that it was the very service that I said I would never use again that she would be using to help me pay my bill over the phone. She refused to take my payment! So, what do they expect. They refused to take the late fee off after their own service malfunctioned serval times. Their phone systems were off line and their office was closed, when that very message said they would be open from 8am til noon. She didn't care that their services were faulty. She didn't care that they were Closed, when they were supposed to be open. And she sure didn't care that they gave zero notice to the people needing to pay their bills that went down there to do so and found a closed office! Where are the coop bosses to knock these people back down to earth! They don't care about their customers period. Very rude, vile individuals in that office!
